I was scanning and finding a way to fix the meteor. After toying around with seeing if not having the common flemoid upgrade would solve anything. The meteor was working properly. Next step was to see what happens if I used common flemoid upgrade. The flemspores spawned by the meteor were hostile to the creator of the meteor. I then proceeded to look inside the decorate file.
Apparently the Actor AFlemspore had no inheritance towards the actor Flemspore and was thus hostile to anything that attacks it. It also explains why AFlemspore does not move nor flee.
(If chex somehow had a retrofit and used it on one of the flemoids spawned by AFlemspore, then that flemoid will attack chex)
I really hope that fixes the issue with meteors. (Not sure if this applies to carriers as well)
