i believe there should be a timer for heroes so that you have a better idea of when you are able to create another one. it would also be cool if there was a health indicator, like age of empires like green bar or something like that. release your comments and/or thoughts into the think tank of awesomness.

2. I guess you are getting lazy at looking at ur health at the BOTTOM LEFT CORNER WITH PLAIN WHITE NUMBERS, or when ur screen hits red after u took damage Are you reading properly? I'm pretty sure he means the HEROES have a little health bar showing how much more they can take dude.

I support the timer idea. Sometimes the little image -on cooldown- would disappear without me noticing. But with seeing a timer go down, show how much left until the cd wears off, would be awesome.
The health bar might be good. But then again, the other units don't have them, but it should be ventris's decision. I can tell you, the health bar thing is possible. I've done it before, though I'm not exactly sure if it's flexible enough for ZDWars.
I can definitely help on the matter, if need be.

I don't think a boss health bar is a good idea, what happens when you have 3 Snotfulus and 4 Flembonations on the field. I'll tell you what, your screen becomes a clusterfuck and you have no idea which boss health bar is which, that's what.

If it can't be done for allied monsters so you can tell the difference between allies and enemies, how is this gonna be done?
Not to mention it's even more complicated than a simple icon floating over a monster's head.

I do not take credit for coming up with the idea, it was Isle who provided me this test wad, the ACS source is inside the wad, between the A_START and A_END markers, along with the compiled version. I found the thread where I found this findable finding: forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=24182Note: It may take some fraking around with the health bar graphics, but it can be extended and all, I'm like 100% sure this will fit into ZDWars.
